How to Reset your Email Password

Before you can reset the password for your email account, you will need to setup a recovery email address. If you have forgotten your password and do not yet have a recovery email address set for your email account, inform your email administrator for further assistance.

Reset your email password

  1. Go to the webmail interface https://webmail.yourdomain.com.
  2. Click the Forgot your Password? link.
  3. Enter the email address of your account.
  4. Type the text shown in the verification box.
  5. Click on Ok.

The password reset email will be sent to the recovery email address you specified for your email account. Follow the instructions found in the email to reset your password.
